Student undertaking (summary)

Every student accepts this undertaking with the admission form (printed as an affidavit):

1. Admission & Eligibility ResponsibilityI am taking admission in the above-mentioned course/program through BHUPENDRA EDUCATION, SUPAUL at my own request and discretion. I have personally verified the course criteria, eligibility, recognition, and affiliation of the University / Board.
2. Authenticity of DocumentsAll academic marksheets, certificates, Aadhaar card, photo, and details submitted by me are genuine and correct. If any document is found fake, forged, or invalid, the University/Board and Bhupendra Education shall have full authority to cancel my admission immediately without any refund.
3. Academic & Examination ComplianceI shall strictly follow the guidelines, examination schedules, assignment submissions, attendance rules, and instructions issued by the institute and university. Failure to appear in exams or complete assignments on time will be entirely my sole responsibility.
4. Fee Payment TermsI undertake to clear all course fees, examination fees, and university charges according to the designated payment timeline. I am fully aware that fees once deposited to the institute or university are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
5. Sole Liability & IndemnityI explicitly declare that BHUPENDRA EDUCATION, SUPAUL operates purely as an educational guidance and facilitation center. Any administrative delay, examination delay, degree issuance timeline, syllabus change, or policy change made by the University/Board is outside the institute's control, and I shall not hold Bhupendra Education or its Management legally or financially responsible for the same.
6. Conduct & DisciplineI will maintain good moral conduct and discipline during the program duration. I will not engage in any illegal, unlawful, or unethical activity.
